Following a major refurbishment programme we reopened on the 22nd March 2012. Our restaurant area has been increased whilst maintaining a friendly atmosphere & traditional character. The kitchen has been extended & completely re equipped allowing us to employ 3 chefs under head chef Ewan McAllister formerly of McCallums fish restaurant, Troon & laterlly The Cochrane Inn, Gateshead.

We serve food daily, lunches from 12.00pm till 5.00pm & evening meals from 5pm till 9pm. As well as an extensive menu we have a daily specials board & home baking.

In the bar we have real ale from the local Ayr Brewing Company & one guest ale along with Belhaven Best, Tennents Lager, Guinness & a selection of malts.
