We are a farmhouse producer of homemade flavoursome and nutritious food combining traditional and modern recipes. The founder of the business, Eileen Wilkinson has a thorough knowledge of food nutrition issues and an appreciation of the health benefits of many ingredients.

 Trading since 1998, this has enabled her not only to create “free from” gluten free recipes with outstanding taste but also provide products that can work in your favour. Food goodness simply at its best!  We place a very strong emphasis on local ingredient provenance and sustainability.

Our products are available normally, according to season, via local farmers' markets and certain very local food service outlets
