For 160 years, Wooleys have been following traditional recipes to produce a full range of breads, scones and cakes on the picturesque Isle of Arran.

The bakers at Wooleys had a dream of sharing their products with the rest of Scotland,and so, ten years ago, they devised a recipe for a traditional oatcake, able to withstand the journey over the water to the mainland.

Today the range of Wooley’s oatcakes has grown to include the unique Arran Oatie, and the products are considered to be amongst the finest examples of this Scottish delicacy.
